L. Everett & Associates welcomes Bill Schaal, PMP, PG, to our team. Bill’s appointment as Vice President for Business Development marks his return to our growing firm. Bill brings more than 25 years of domestic and international experience providing environmental and engineering services to law firms, commercial and industrial companies, and the US government. LEA CEO Dr. Lorne Everett said, “We welcome Bill back to LEA and are confident he will help us better serve our clients and help us grow our business. Bill’s technical knowledge is extensive and he has an impressive publication record. Bill is also experienced in driving business development activities, writing proposals, giving presentations, developing and managing business networks, contract negotiation, as well as scope development, planning, and leading projects.” LEA COO Dr. James Wells added, “These are the reasons Bill excels in serving our clients, beginning with the identification of our clients’ needs.”

About L. Everett & Associates

LEA experts solve our clients’ most difficult problems by applying our advanced science and engineering degrees, professional licenses, and decades of experience in characterizing and remediating contaminated sites. Additional expertise appreciated by our attorney clients, involves our first-hand experience in discovery, deposition and trial decorum, Daubert challenge, identifying technical argument weakness, and determining responsible party (RP) contributions and cost allocation.

LEA also provides superior environmental engineering services. Our engineers, hydrogeologists, geochemists, and geologists:

1)      Advise our clients in matters involving remediation of soil, soil gas, and groundwater; vapor intrusion; water quality; and environmental regulatory compliance, and

2)      Design and manage site characterizations and remediation programs.

Our professionals, including our risk assessors and toxicologists, are well versed in environmental regulations, which, with team- and consensus-building, is the reason we provide exceptional results with regulatory agencies responsible for oversight and approvals. When appropriate, LEA supports its clients with advanced three-dimensional (3D) visualization and computer modeling. These tools are proven to effectively communicate subsurface conditions not easily envisioned by judges and juries.

Please contact L. Everett & Associates for more information or support in environmental remediation or litigation. Contact information: Bill Schaal, (805) 880 9305, [email protected].
