Dr. Everett Publishes on Laser-Induced Fluorescence
Dr. Everett's letter to the editor on DNAPL Characterization

In a letter to the editor of the peer-reviewed journal, Groundwater Monitoring & Remediation, Dr. Everett and co-authors Dr. Arturo Keller and Dr. Mark Kram discuss the use of dyes in  Laser-Induced Fluorescence (LIF) a state-of-the-art technique for delination of light non-aqueous phase liquids (LNAPL) like gasoline and dense non-aqueous phase liquids (DNAPL) like TCE and PCE in the subsurface. Sites contaminated with LNAPL and DNAPL are among the most challenging to remediate and thorough site characterization is a key factor in developing effective remedial strategies.
